Airport Shuttle* is $18 one-way or $29 round trip. Shuttles leave from airport baggage claim area approximately every 15 mins, no need for reservations. However, for the return trip from the hotel back to the airport, you need to reserve a shuttle the night before - reserve at the hotel concierge.  Very Important, before you buy a round trip shuttle ticket: Note that for the return trip to the airport, the shuttle company requires 4 hrs before your flight departure time so they have leeway to make stops at other hotels!  You might, instead, want to find a buddy - or three - and take a taxi.  Use the message boards.  

Taxi  a taxi to or from the airport is approximately $38-$40 for up to 4 pp and take approximately 20-30 mins.
Diamond Cab says you can call then the night before or an hour before your return trip to the airport to get a taxi.
